Before your stay
Hhouse is a private holiday home on Wolin Island, in Wartowo near Kołczewo and the Baltic coast. It accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, a private sauna and a fully fenced garden. Pets are welcome. Sauna use, bed linen, towels and EV charging are included in the stay price.
Are basic supplies provided?
Yes. Coffee, spare toilet paper and basic spices are provided. There is also a coffee machine in the kitchen.
When will I receive the access code?
You will receive the codes and directions for arrival and entry the day before your stay. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Is EV charging included?
Yes. The 11 kW EV charger is on the property, and charging is included in your stay.
Can I wash and dry clothes?
Yes. One combined washer-dryer is available free of charge.
How far is the beach?
Świętouść beach is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Allow additional time to walk from the car park to the beach.
Is the house suitable for wheelchair users?
The house has a ramp, step-free entrance and terrace, wide doors and grab rails in the shower. Two bedrooms and one bathroom have wider access. Please contact us before booking so we can check suitability for your individual needs.
What is included in the stay?
Bed linen, towels, use of the private sauna and EV charging are included.
Is the garden fenced?
Yes, the garden is fully fenced.
How much does it cost to bring pets?
The fee is PLN … per pet for the entire stay.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
How are children and infants counted?
Children and infants count towards the guest total. The base price covers up to 4 guests; each additional guest costs PLN … per night.
What beds are available?
Each of the four bedrooms has a 160 cm wide bed. We also have 2 travel cots. Please let us know before arrival if you need them.
When do I pay for my stay?
You pay 50% of the stay price when booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the amount you have paid. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, payments are non-refundable.
