These Terms govern the use of the free contact form service available at www.hhouse.pl.

§ 1. Who operates the website?

The electronic service consists of providing a free House Reservation Enquiry Form.

The service is provided on a one-off basis and ends when the User submits the message or closes the form.

Important: Sending an enquiry through the form does not constitute a binding reservation or the conclusion of a rental agreement for the property. It is solely a request for a commercial offer.

§ 3. What is required to use the form? (Technical requirements)

To submit an enquiry correctly, the User needs:

• a device with Internet access,
• an up-to-date standard web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge,
• an active and valid email address.

§ 4. Rules of use (User obligations)

The User must provide truthful information in the form.

The User may not submit unlawful content, including spam, offensive material or content that infringes third-party rights.

§ 5. What if something does not work? (Complaints procedure)

If the form does not work correctly, the User may submit a complaint.

Complaints should be sent by email to visit@hhouse.pl.

The report should describe the problem, such as a system error or inability to click “Send”.

The service provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and reply to the User's email address.

§ 6. Final provisions

These Terms are available free of charge and permanently at www.hhouse.pl in a manner that allows them to be downloaded, reproduced and retained.

These Terms are effective from 12 July 2026.
