We process the data entered in the form: your full name, phone number and email address. We need this data solely to:
- handle your enquiry about house availability and provide a reservation offer,
- contact you promptly by phone or email to discuss the details of a possible stay.
3. What is the legal basis for processing?
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, in this case preparing an offer and calculating the price of a house reservation.
4. How long will we retain your data?
Your data will be retained for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and conclude the correspondence. If a reservation is made, it will be retained for the time necessary to provide the service and comply with tax and legal obligations. If no reservation is made, your data will be deleted.
5. Who may have access to your data?
Recipients may only be technical service providers that assist us in operating the website and handling correspondence, such as the hosting provider that supplies the email server. Your data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. What rights do you have?
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) or restrict its processing,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully.
7. Is providing the data mandatory?
Providing your full name and phone number is entirely voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry and contact you about reserving the hhouse.pl property.
